**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the IBDP Physics curriculum.**
**2. **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Develop and administer assessments to gauge students' understanding of concepts.**
**- Provide constructive feedback to students, guiding them towards improvement and mastery of Physics topics.**

**3. **Individualized Support**:

- Offer personalized support to students who may require additional assistance, adapting teaching methods to address diverse learning needs.**
**- Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.**

**4. **Resource Development**:

- Create or adapt instructional materials and resources that align with the IBDP Physics curriculum.**
**- Stay abreast of educational developments and incorporate innovative teaching strategies.**

- Collaborate with other Physics tutors and teachers to share best practices and ensure a cohesive learning experience.**

**Salary**: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
