This position will work in the F2 Supply Centre, supporting researchers in Research Entities (i.e., IME, IMRE, SIMTech, ISCE2) located in Fusionopolis Two. **Job Scope**: Goods Receipt Officer (GRO) Receive Goods delivered to F2 Supply Centre Facilitate researchers in collection of delivered goods. Perform GR posting for Goods delivered Work with researchers to resolve GR matters Admin duties pertaining to GR Inventory management, Supply management and Procurement of Cleanroom Consumables, Safety Supplies and Dry Ice Track and monitor stock level Raise PO in ePRS, follow thru with vendors Ensure timely and sufficient replenishment of stock Sourcing of vendors Liaising with vendors on issues Work with stakeholders on product matters Keep track of budget spending and utilization Participate in Work Improvement Projects and Digitalization Efforts Digitalization of Goods Receipt Process for Goods Delivered iLab implementation for Services GR, Products Requests Other future projects Covering duties of other colleagues GRO duties for Services GR (Attend to GR request & posting of GR in SAP) Attend to products requests and related matters Laundry services for lab coats and cleanroom apparels Ensure following equipment are operational and regularly maintained Fridge-cum-20 Deg C freezer 80 Deg C freezer Vertical Carousels x3 Fridges in Synthesis Tower Wet ice maker at L8, Kinesis Miscellaneous Make adhoc purchases Support other areas of store operation when needed Other responsibilities as assigned **Requirements**: **Qualification & Field of Study**: Min "O" level **Min. Years of Experience**: 1-2 years in store operations mentioned above is preferred but not critical. Team Player. Possess proactive mindset to find solutions. Self-driven to improve productivity and processes. Willingness to learn and take on more responsibilities when required. Ability to pay attention to details.
