**The Opportunity**

Our group helps protect Aon's people, property and information through a robust physical security program and in partnership with GPS' security practices across the enterprise. Corporate Protection Services is a component of Global Protection Services, which falls within the wider Global Security Services division. Global Protection Services' primary focus is on protecting Aon's people and property from physical harm, data loss, and exposure.

As a key member of the Corporate Protection Services (CPS) group, the Regional Security Manager, has regional responsibility for security programs such as event/executive security, security systems, budget management, emergency response procedures, building security, man-guarding programs, physical security operations, and facility risk assessments.

Our group helps protect Aon's people, property and information through a robust physical security program and in partnership with GPS' security practices across the enterprise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the management and delivery of all physical security services, programs and initiatives across Aon's APAC region
- Lead or support regional investigations, in conjunction with regional HR, Legal, Compliance etc
- Drive forward the maturity of Aon's Physical Security Risk Assessment program across the region
- Drive a physical security risk reduction, leading to stronger compliance with Aon's global security policies, standards and industry best practice
- Coordinate, manage and appoint specialist regional security vendors, ensuring coverage for multiple disciplines across the region
- Drive all security awareness programs and initiatives to colleagues/the business across the region
- Drive forward the regional security champions program
- Support the GEOC and TRM teams with regards to colleague travel support, specifically colleagues travelling to high risk locations
- Represent CPS, along side the GEOC, BTR and other key stakeholders in relation to incidents or threats that have the potential to impact Aon's people, property or information (crisis management)
- Coordinate and manage the effective completion of emergency response plans across the region
- Support the Security Systems Manager to ensure effective delivery of security systems/real estate projects across the region
- Develop/mature all APAC CPS regional security metrics
- Oversee/manage the effective delivery of 24/7/365 service from the APAC Security Command Centre (India)
- Develop key relationships with law enforcement/agencies as required
- Develop key relationships with C-suite business leaders across the region
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6-8 years of law enforcement, military or corporate security experience
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
- Demonstrated solid and relevant experience in physical security management, executive protection risk assessments and mitigation measures
- Regional and or global work experience with cultural knowledge
- Familiarity with facility security, processes and environment
- Extended network of law enforcement or intelligence services across the region
- Possession of relevant certifications or professional credentials - PSP, CPP
- Proficient in the use of MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Will work on a global team which will occasionally require working during non-business hours. Travel will be expected at 25% annually.
