**Position Overview**:
As an Assistant Ops Engineer at Quanta Integration and Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team in various technical and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and efficient delivery of services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Operations and Management**:Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, including fleet safety, telematics services, and customer support.
- **Coordinate with different departments-**During operations and projects need to coordinate with the internal departments to ensure the Technology requirement is addressed according to the customer's need and coordinate with the internal department to order the stock and follow up closely for the delivery to the customer.
- **Team Leadership**:Provide guidance and support to operational teams to ensure they meet performance and safety standards. Assist in staff development and training.
- **Process Improvement**:Continuously assess and enhance operational processes, seeking ways to improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- **Data Analysis**:Utilize telematics data and reporting tools to monitor and analyze vehicle and driver performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- **Customer Support**:Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues, ensuring swift resolution and excellent customer service.
- **Resource Allocation**:Assist in resource planning, scheduling, and deployment to ensure optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.
- **Compliance and Safety**:Ensure that all operations adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- **Quality Control**:Implement quality control measures to maintain service standards and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**:Generate regular reports for senior management, summarizing key operational metrics, challenges, and improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering Electronics/Electrical or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Strong technical knowledge in Electronics and an understanding of vehicle safety solutions and telematics systems is a plus.
- Experience with project management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project documentation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
