Sales Back Office Specialist

**Company Description**
We have an open position for a **Sales Back Office** position inSingapore.
As a Sales Back Office specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent Sales back office service every day, providing the highest quality customer service. We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented individuals to join us. You will report directly to the Key Account Manager.
The key focus areas for the position are the following:
- Work alongside the Key Account Manager
- Ensure order processing in a timely manner.
- Order acceptance and confirmation according to internal guidelines.
- Preparation, in writing, of offers based on calculations developed by the sales team.
- Coordinated communication with customers.
- Customer service desk (B2B and B2C including neighboring countries in needed)
- Communication with customers through multiple channels.
- Customer Data Support.
- Assist on after sales support (refund/replacement etc.)
- Transport and vehicle coordination.
- Assist E-commerce manager on key accounts (Lazada, Kris shop etc.)
- Assist on department store operations (Takashimaya, TANGS etc.)
- Coordinate and support Sales Promoters at Department stores.
- Participate in training defined by company (EPR system etc.)

It is important that you enjoy taking initiative and responsibility while building strong relationships across business units and continents.
**Your Profile**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- High level of customer and solution orientation.
- Experience in customer-/after sales - service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team locally and internationally.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Experience in EPR system (Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
- **Singaporean is preferred.**
- Fluency in English and Mandarin written and spoken.
