Cake Maker/ Baker

Looking for passionate and committed baker with cake frosting skills to join our team. You must be able to know how to frost a cake with cream, and do so accurately according to the bakery's designs. Baking of cakes will also be part of the job scope and we require meticulous skills to be able to produce consistent results. We are a small team and everyone works independently. There are great learning opportunities and committed and talented team members will have the opportunity to grow with the bakery.

Location: 3020 Ubi Ave 2(Near Macpherson MRT, 5 mins walk)

44hrs/week, 5.5 day work week, working hours : Tues to Fri 9am-6pm + Sun 9am to 1pm. Mondays off.

Annual leave and Medical Leave as per MOM

Job Scope
- Bake low-carb cakes according to recipes with consistency and care
- Cut, frost, pack finished goods
- Ensure the proper usage of ingredients and minimise food waste
- Clean and maintain baking tools and equipment
- Help pass cakes to customers when required
- Decorate all cakes as per bakery's designs
- Inventory management
- Any other tasks as required by the company

**Requirements**:

- Junior baker
- Certificate in Bakery Skills or its equivalent, min 1 years experience
- SFA Food Hygiene Certified
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Meticulous and strong attention to detail

Small team/ Direct mentorship by Head Baker

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
