**About** **the team** - Data Governance Practice

In the digital era, data governance is crucial for securing and maximising data value amid evolving legal landscapes, and Access Partnership plays a pivotal role in developing expertise to address these challenges for clients, governments, and businesses.

**What you'll do**:
We support our clients’ business and public policy interests on the cutting edge of technology decision-making worldwide. Given the fast pace, constant evolution, and high-profile political focus on technology policy, we seek dynamic, flexible, intelligent individuals ready to address new challenges. You will collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges and provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions that help them achieve their objectives. You will lead small, or support large, project teams, and deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Research and analyse domestic and international policy topics, political trends, processes, and regulations across all information technology and telecommunications policy areas.
- Provide on-going tracking and documenting of policy developments across multiple markets.
- Assist in the development of office resources (marketing content, one-pagers, etc.) to backstop client engagement, including both policy and business issues.
- Assist in development of marketing materials and business development materials
- Provide administrative support.

**What you’ll need**
- A genuine interest in technology policy, international trade, politics, business and/or market trends.
- Excellent project management, organisation, and time-management skills, with the capability to lead and support teams in delivering high-quality outcomes
- Skilled in conducting and synthesising quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with stakeholders of varying seniority, with the adaptability to tailor messages and presentations to different audiences
- Consistently deliver exceptional work that surpasses client expectations, drives measurable impact, and aligns with their industry, challenges, and goals
- Build deep, trusted relationships with clients, anticipating their needs, providing strategic guidance, and identifying opportunities to expand engagements and create long-term partnerships
- Previous consultancy and/or technology policy experience.

We work in a flexible hybrid model, typically aligning each employee to one of our global offices, with each person spending 2 days per week in the office, and 3 days remote.
