**What the role is**What you will be working on**
- Product Strategy Implementation - Support the Principal Product Manager in executing ACRA's product strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Lead the translation of strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans. Team Leadership & Development: - Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers - Foster a collaborative environment between product and design teams - Drive adoption of best practices in product management and design - Build high-performing product teams through coaching and capability development Product Development & Delivery: - Oversee multiple product workstreams through product managers - Ensure quality delivery within timeline and budget constraints - Drive consistency in product development approaches across teams - Harmonize design standards and user experience across products Requirements & User Experience: - Guide teams in user research and requirements gathering - Ensure design thinking principles are applied across products - Champion user-centric design in product development - Oversee creation of cohesive user experiences across products Stakeholder Management: - Manage key stakeholder relationships across departments and agencies - Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve escalated issues - Support Principal Product Manager in high-level stakeholder engagement Metrics & Performance: - Establish product metrics framework across teams - Drive data-driven decision making in product development - Monitor and report on product performance across portfolios Technical Integration - Collaborate with technical leads to ensure proper integration between products and alignment with enterprise architecture. Innovation Support - Research and recommend emerging technologies and innovative solutions. Support the implementation of new digital capabilities. - Support Principal Product Manager in executing the development of digital roadmap and introduction of appropriate digital solutions to partner with cross functional business teams, WOG and industry partners to achieve greater business outcomes - Support organisation wide Digital, Design and Data capabilities development, digital innovation and continuous improvement to build a high performing team - Support the annual submission of the Digital Government Blueprint (DGB) KPIs to Smart Nation Office, and support MOF in the preparation of Ministry Family Digitalisation Plan

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing successful products. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
