**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Act as a strategic partner, aligning HR policies with company objectives.
- Oversee welfare and recreation programmes for the staff.
- Manage and administer HR systems
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Manage payroll.
- Engaged with Union representatives to address and resolve on employee matters.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organisational growth and transformation.
- Handle adhoc tasks and projects as assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with employment law and labour legislation.
- Strong team player with excellent judgment and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
