**Job Title**:_Project Manager / Executive**About the Role**

We are a small but experienced construction and renovation company based in Singapore, seeking a **Project Manager/Executive**to take the lead on our small-to-medium scale construction, renovation, and A&A (Additions & Alterations) projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage full project cycle for small-scale construction, renovation, A&A and HIP projects.
- Interpret drawings, architectural, blueprints and technical specifications accurately.
- Prepare and submit tenders via platforms such as GeBiz, SAP Business Network, and Ariba.
- Review tender documents, scope, terms, and manage submission timelines.
- Coordinate and liaise with our Director, Supervisor, clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct costing, budgeting, and progress forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Handle project documentation and contracts.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Oversee and manage site team of Supervisor, foreign workers and subcontractors.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and resolve site issues proactively.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and BCA requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field (recognized by BCA).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, and/or A&A projects in Singapore.
- Proven experience in handling project tenders and submissions.
- Must possess a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
- Familiar with platforms like GeBIZ, SAP Business Network and Ariba.
- Able to read and interpret drawings and construction documents.
- Valid certifications such as CSOC, BCSS, or equivalent.
- Experience in managing foreign workers and resolving site conflicts.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours, including weekends/public holidays, when required.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools.

**Preferred / Bonus Skills**
- Minimum 5 years of structural experience as a Technical Controller (TC) - highly preferred.
- Experience in sourcing and business development for new projects.
- Familiarity with BCA regulations and compliance procedures.
- Skills in producing 3D or ID design drawings are a strong plus.
