**Responsibilities**:

- Check and verify customer online registration
- Create Login ID account for online user
- Prepare quotations for customers
- Check and confirm lead-time on customer Open Order Report
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘N’/’O’/’A’ Levels, NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma holders
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
