The Biophysics lab in the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) has an opening for Project Officer (PO) research position. We are seeking self-motivated and passionate scientists with a strong background in Chemistry or Biology to work on nucleic acid structure and therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical syntheses- Engage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team and external collaborators for drug discovery and development- Handle maintenance of equipment and consumables to ensure regular experimentation- Provide support in grant administration/management and procurement matters

Job Requirements:
- BSc degree in Chemistry, Biology or related disciplines- Research experience in the related areas- Able to multi-task and work independently- Attention to detail and be meticulous- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated and able to complete experiments on schedule
