**Qualifications**:
A strong passion for Web3 development and blockchain technology.

Enthusiasm to learn and take on new challenges independently.

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Solidity, or Rust (preferred but not required).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
