**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Management (Singapore)**:

- Oversee the complete payroll cycle for employees in Singapore, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Review payroll data and transactions for compliance with local laws and statutory requirements, including CPF regulations.
- Supervise payroll processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to the bank.
- Maintain a robust partnership with payroll service provider to ensure efficient and seamless payroll services.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory matters promptly and clearly.

**Individual Tax Coordination**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's internationalization strategy, supporting individual income tax operations accordingly.
- Monitor individual income tax policies across various regions, ensuring compliance and providing guidance for international employee assignments.
- Develop and optimize operational processes related to individual income tax management, ensuring alignment with local regulatory frameworks.

**Compliance & Statutory Reporting**:

- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, CPF submissions, and other statutory requirements in Singapore.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes related to payroll and individual taxation, proactively implementing necessary adjustments to internal processes and systems.
- Manage and coordinate tax clearance procedures (IR21), Year-End Income Declarations, and other required compliance documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audit processes, providing necessary information and resolving inquiries efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll management, with demonstrated expertise in Singapore payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of individual income tax regulations, particularly for internationally mobile employees.
- Experience managing payroll service providers.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and verbal) to effectively liaise with counterparts from international markets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coupled with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
