**Total Portfolio Management**
You will work with the trading desk and managing the execution of trades and transactions from the front execution support to mid and back of settlements, and life cycle events.

**What impact can you make in this role?**
You will be part of a team that is an integrated investment service team that partners the business in providing services to support public markets investment.

**What will you do as an Associate/AVP, Rebalancing Operations?**
- Analyse rebalancing data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solution and resolve data issues on a timely basis.
- Engage portfolio managers and business managers on portfolio rebalancing requirements to incorporate business perspectives.
- Develop, implement and maintain controls and workflows to ensure quality and timeliness of data.
- Evaluate new business requirements, propose and build system solutions.
- Adopt user-empowered tools to produce consistently high-quality and timely rebalancing data to support investment execution.

**What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- A good Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related fields with at least 3-5 years' relevant working experience in fund management, banking industry or large-scale data analytics
- Sound knowledge of financial instruments. An additional qualification like CFA will be considered favourably
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities with an eye for detail
- Forward thinker who is able to “connect the dots” and appreciate both the big picture and relevant small details
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong learning agility
- Team player with the willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced and changing environment
- A high level of proficiency in MS Office is required. Exposure to technology such as SQL, Python, Tableau will be an advantage
