Location: Near 6th Avenue MRT (Downtown line)

**Responsibilities**
- Manage projects and programmes and supervise manpower
- Discuss with PM to action necessary works required and recommended in inspection reports clearly and accurately.
- Maintain a log of inspections, actions and re-inspections all rectified non-conformances.
- Submit shop drawings and material samples for conformance with project specification
- Assist Project Manager in the planning of required, allocated labour, materials, plant, transport and equipment.
- Plan activities of allocated Site Supervisors and workforce under their control, in line with project requirements.
- Monitor Health and Safety on projects to ensure safe working practices are carried out in accordance to local regulations
- Ensure that projects are carried out within the labour and material budget parameters provided as advised by PMCheck site progress and productivity, record and submit progress claims for certification and payment.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.A good communicator.
