My client, in the home appliances industry is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team.

You are an individual contributor, innovative, think out of box with relevant marketing experience and able to support the entire product life cycle and going through the various aspect of marketing functions.

Role

Responsible for planning and driving direction, execution for the local marketing function including ATL advertising, BTL promotions, media plan, social media and influencer marketing.

Work with external agency on the creation and development of various branding and promotional assets, from print to stores, to web.

Work with regional team on POSM, video and products asset for local executional.

Work closely with Sales team to support local activities, roadshow & in store activities.

Manage budget and track KPI, ROI against marketing campaigns / spending.

Ensure and track retail display excellence.

Support entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

Conduct monthly market visits to monitor competitor activities, share best practices and recommend action plans to the team.

**Requirements**:
Ideal profile with about 2 years of relevant experience in traditional marketing functions and elements of digital marketing. This is not a Senior role but for someone who is keen to learn more and grow in the role.
- Minimum Diploma with specialization on Business or Marketing
- 1-2 years of experiences in a similar role preferably with B2C experience
- Proficient in MS office, Meta & Goggle business management platforms and any other social media management platforms.
- Detail oriented, organized resourceful and agile with an ability to adapt and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
