**Responsibilities** **1. Compliance & Regulatory Management** - Design and implement compliance procedures aligned with applicable MAS fund management company regulations for Metabit Asset Management Pte Ltd, its managed funds as well as its beneficial owners (the "Group) - Enhance the Group's compliance framework, including policies, controls and monitoring processes on an on-going basis **2. Governance & Reporting** - Support senior management in risk assessment, compliance training and make regulatory filings - Maintain documentation and records required for internal audits, or regulatory inspections including monitoring of electronic communications and trade activity - Ensure KYC/AML compliance **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline from a globally recognised university - 3-7 years of relevant experience in MAS licensed fund management company within a hedge fund, family office, compliance advisory firm, regulator or similar experience accretive institution - Familiarity with MAS regulations (including LFMC and AML/CFT) and fund compliance best practices - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-performing team - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. **Nice to haves** - Experience in risk management and an understanding of risk principles, control frameworks for MAS, specifically in market, liquidity, technology and credit risk management - Understanding of quant hedge fund operations and processes
