Roles & Responsibilities

To support **Operational Support function** in the areas of **Reporting and Analytics** associated with S**ervice Management and Process Management.**, including but not limited to below works:

- Development and delivery of key Operational reports for supported Service Management activities
- Represent Service Recovery Operations team in Annual reviews / updates / requirements for Reporting and Analytics deliverables
- Review of processes and recommendation/delivery of efficiency / improvements as part of Reporting & Analytics operational team
- Support other Operational resources managing Reporting & Analytics deliverables.
**Skills & Expertise required**
- Proven working experience in **managing reporting and process development** with ability to measure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in managing and governing operations teams/ units as well as service providers preferably in the area of Banking and Finance.
- A proven track record in s**hared services operations covering Report Management, Process Management, and highly desirable - financial management, vendor management, demand and capacity management.**
- Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services.
- Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong people management and vendor management skills.
- Excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills
