**What the role is**
- The Partnership Lab team engages, builds relationships and curates opportunities for partnerships with youth sector organisations and youths to develop future-ready youths and youths who are committed to Singapore. It also seeks to develop, coordinate, manage, and maintain strategic partnerships across NYC.
Partnership coordination is a key function of the division. The intern will be involved in the activities of the Partnership Coordinating Team, which centres around business intelligence and strategy.

**What you will be working on**
- Scope and responsibilities
The intern will assist the team to map sector landscapes based on themes/ areas of priority/ youth life stages, identify business development opportunities, recommend strategies for high value partnerships with youth-related organisations (including government agencies) and coordinate engagement approaches.
This is performed through data analytics (e.g. data mining/management, visualisation, business intelligence)/ sense-making to facilitate strategic partnerships for impactful programming for youths in Singapore.
The intern will also assist the team to compile and drafts reports to management on sector engagement/ development and grant management matters, as well as the overall administration of the National Youth Fund.

- Able to synthesize and analyse information well
- Meticulous with an eye for details and figures
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of and interest in the youth sector would be advantageous
- Experience and skills in data visualisation (including Tableau and/or Power BI), data analytics, and use of tools for auto-generation of reports would be beneficial

Minimum internship period of 24 weeks.
