We are hiring a dynamic **Executive Associate, Asia **based in Singapore. You will be working with Asia regional senior leadership team and the HR team to provide administrative support.

**Below are key responsibilities**:

- Provide support to Senior Leadership team with travel arrangements, lodging and meeting planning as needed.
- Provide support in coordination of business meetings and facilitating logistics duties to Senior Leadership Team.
- Plan, manage and execute events from team events, summits, town halls, and other celebrations and milestones.
- Provide full support to new hires and hiring managers and guide them through onboarding and induction process by working with Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams from pre-onboarding setup, Group Life & Medical Insurance enrollment to probation evaluation.
- Work with regional HR team to maintain and update country specific Employee Benefits programs across Asia region. Liaise with local brokers, insurers and corporate benefits team on special claim cases.
- Administer and manage employees’ leave records in HRMS. Provide monthly and year end leave management reports to business leaders, HRBP and payroll, including but not limited to, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, childcare & extended childcare leave, national reservists etc.
- When receiving HR operational assignments on ServiceNow portal, work on employees’ inquiries based on SLA at region level as assignment varies.
- Liaise employees’ offboarding process with key stakeholders, e.g. hiring managers, payroll and/or service providers in some countries.
- Liaise with payroll team on monthly payroll movement files. Run yearly report for accrued leave records for payroll & accounting in end of very year.
- Assist in Long Service Awards preparation and presentation.
- Other ad-hoc HR & admin related activities assigned by manager.
