**Responsibilities**
- Building and growing a strong sales and marketing team for the Genius U focused on driving revenue, adoption and market penetration in the marketplace.
- Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance and support. Foster collaboration between team members and cross-functional departments.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events. Create and manage content for marketing collateral, including websites, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials. Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
- Developing Marketing Strategies - Creating and implementing overall marketing strategies to achieve organization’s goals and objectives. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Work closely with outsourced DRO teams to create lead generation campaigns and ensure a steady stream of qualified prospects converting into customers.
- Utilize strong knowledge of edtech and SaaS products to tailor offerings and solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals with B2B companies, focusing on mutual growth and long-term collaboration.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and proficient in product offerings.
- Leverage technology tools including Salesforce to analyze sales data and report on performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, practices, and procedures.
- Advertisement and Promotion - Overseeing advertising campaigns both online and offline. Planning and executing promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team to achieve exceptional results.
- Analysis and Reporting - Providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling training and coaching programs, edtech, and SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in negotiating and establishing B2B partnerships within the training and coaching industry.
- Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience in the Education, tech or events industry is a plus.
