Whether it’s recovering from an injury or reaching personal fitness goals, we’re all about empowering health and movement for everyone.We’re on the hunt for a creative and self-driven **Marketing Assistant**to bring our message to life If you’ve got a knack for catchy, compelling copy and a talent for creating scroll-stopping video and static content (especially around Pilates and physiotherapy), we’d love to hear from you. Let’s make movement a story worth sharing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain content calendars, scheduling, community management and content rollout.
Support the voice and tone of our brand across various social channels, ensuring alignment with Focus’ best practices.
- Manage production of static and video content on social media including but not limited to promotions, teasers and recaps.
- Provide live event and post-event coverage as needed. Including but not limited to courses, workshops and guest visits.Other relevant duties as assigned.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role (web, digital and social media).
- Proficiency in content conceptualisation, graphic design and video editing.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while being a good team player.Individuals with an interest in Pilates and/or Physiotherapy will have an advantage.
