**Key Responsibilities**:
To lead a team of technicians in carrying out maintenance of M&E (Mechanical, Electrical & Control System) equipment in a district cooling chiller plant. You are also responsible to upkeep plant equipment and execute shutdown activities safely during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.

**To execute Plant O&M work with the scopes as follows**:

- Lead or assist the M&E teams to upkeep the Plant’s machineries and equipment. (e.g., switchboard, motor pumps, chillers, etc).
- Plan inspection and maintenance works (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance) for M&E machineries and equipment in accordance with Opex and Capex budget.
- Initiate and be responsible for maintenance contract management.
- Prepare engineering specifications, technical drawings, for calling of tender/quotation.
- Supervise a group of maintenance Technician and Technical Officer / Engineering Officer to carry out daily tasks in computer maintenance management system (“CMMS”).
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5-8 years of working experience in M&E and Plant maintenance.
- Relevant maintenance work experience in district cooling and heating plant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Technical knowledge in rotating and static mechanical & electrical equipment maintenance, familiar with Code of Practices, and electrical design will be an added advantage.
- Possess good communication, responsibility, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated and values teamwork.
