**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve coffee, food and other beverages to customers using prescribed recipes.
- Provide good customer service and build a good rapport with customers.
- Assist the Cafe Lead in planning new menus and learning preparation techniques for all food and drinks.
- Keep the café area tidy and clean at all times.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and codes.
- Ensure all equipment stays well maintained.
- Sell and share knowledge with customers in an enlightening manner on various ranges of coffee, drinks and food offerings.
- Regulate inventory levels of coffee beans, fruits, pastries, etc. in the café.
- Assist the Cafe Lead in innovating and improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness of the café.

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of various types of coffee and tea.
- Prepared to work during weekends and public holidays.
- Able to accommodate shift work.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Customer oriented and service focused.
- Have a passion for music.
- Location is at Clarke Quay or The Star Vista.
