Stag Match® is looking for an independent ,team player and experienced **Full Time Account cum Administrator (Education)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Able to do **full set of accounting **( including salary preparation )
- Responsible for supporting the functional team on **daily administration matters** / tasks in a meticulous manner.
- Finance (Invoicing to clients and ensuring timely payment)
- Proper Book-keeping of the business and payroll
- Preparing Monthly Account Report
- Support functional teams on the daily operational tasks which includes: Administration (Proper filing system and Organise and schedule meetings)
- Interact and coordinate effectively with clients / stakeholder on business and administrative matters
- Assist with documentation and submission of reports to the management, when required
- Respond to enquiries and feedback
- Administrative documentation
- Customers and admin coordination
Skills and Experience Required:
- At least a year of related working experience ( in account ). Those with experience in the WSQ Administrative will have an added advantage
- Possess good initiative, outgoing and a great team player
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and general management skills
- Adaptive to change with a positive work attitude
- Able to work independently and as well as a team player
- Must have some accounting experience.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
