Sales Coordinator

1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
3. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
4. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
5. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
6. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
7. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
8. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
9. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
10. Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
12. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
13. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
14. Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
**Requirements and skills**
1. Minimum Diploma or its equivalent.
2. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
3. Good computer skills (MS Office/Excel)
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. A team playerwith high level of dedication.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $2,900.00 per month
