**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting directly to company Director, responsible from initial and strategy planning of the opening of F&B chain of Restaurants.
- Planning and forecasting of the profit and loss of overall business operations. Analyse market trends and develop buisness plans to drive business expansion and growth.
- Responsible for the preparation and overall operations of the F&B chain of Restaurants, including and not limited to revenue and cost management, people management, procurement management, marketing and customer service management.
- Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationship (e.g external vendors) direct negotiation policy and develop negotiation limits to drive revenue and profit of the Company.Maintain regulatory compliance and relations with relevant authorities.
**Key Requirements**:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing F&B Group of Restaurants.
- Food entrepreneurial mindset with stong decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven professional in.
- Accomplishing organizational objective and goals.
- Resourceful, consultative and engaging in evaluation of business.
- Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and stakeholder.
