Duties
- Answer incoming calls
- Upkeep and update the Company phone line and employees’ extension list
- Prepare & record outgoing and incoming postages
- Attend to clients & other visitors of the Company, answer their queries & direct them to the respective departments/personnel and arrange beverages for guests and colleagues, if needed.
- Booking and maintenance of meeting rooms.

**Salary**: From $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
