Baker & McKenzie is currently looking for an a Paralegal to assisting the lawyers on a range of Dispute Resolution matters within the practice group.

**Responsibilities**:
These will include (but are not limited to):

- Assist in coordinating electronic filing of legal documents and deploying technology tools for disputes work
- Prepare and organise documents and evidentiary materials, and assisting counsel to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials or other courtroom proceedings
- Provide legal research, drafting and case-management support
- Assist and maintain databases and provide support to e-discovery, project management and other legal technology projects

**Skills and Experience**:

- Educated to diploma in law or equivalent qualification
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Self-starter who is able to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to their work
- Comfortable working across multiple cultures and time zones
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team spirit
- High degree of attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Tech-savvy and open to learning to use technology tools to manage disputes work
- Contributes to the effective functioning of the team.
