Singapore SIONG HUA SUPPLIER PTE. LTD. Full time

This role will help to support the company's E-Commerce platform. You will work closely with our product managers and commercial to understand business requirements for the E-Commerce platform, and coordinate these requirements with our external vendors to execute the development. You will also be involved in supporting marketing campaigns through our E-Commerce platform. Soft skills like communications and project management will be essential to help you succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with different teams (product management, commercial, sales and external vendor) to ensure product content to be published and updated on E-Commerce website.
- Understand assigned product categories and prepare merchandising strategies to help marketing team ensure visibility of product launches and latest promotions.
- Manage online customer feedback and provide support in website UX optimization.
- Establish roadmaps and work closely with web development vendor new feature development and UI design.
- Provide support in performance marketing strategies such as media marketing, PPC, SEM & SEO, Paid Social Media.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Responsible for supervising fulfilment
- Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities and promotions to drive sales for all E-Commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10 and other websites or potential platforms.
- Stock management
- Report and analyse e-commerce KPI and sales.
- Work with finance department to provide supporting information for finance reconciliation.
- Manage enquiries and problems from online customers.
- Other adhoc duties assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining E-Commerce websites/portals.
- Knowledgeable of the E-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Magento and WordPress will be an added advantage

**Additional Information**
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
