Healthcare Attendant

**Overview**:
As a Health Attendant, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients' daily living activities and maintaining a safe, clean, and caring environment. Your dedication and compassion will contribute significantly to the quality of care provided within the organization.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Client Care & Support**
- Assist with daily living tasks such as feeding, dressing, and post-bath care (in support of Nursing Aides)
- Serve meals and refreshments; provide water and nourishment between meals
- Engage clients in meaningful activities using available tools and materials

**Medical & Appointment Support**
- Accompany clients for medical and non-medical appointments as required

**Environment Upkeep**
- Perform general cleaning duties (toilets, shower areas) and handle laundry in the absence of designated staff

**Policy & Compliance**
- Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth and ethical operations
- Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information

**General Duties**
- Assist with fundraising events when needed
- Carry out any other non-clinical tasks as assigned by supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or caregiving.
- Certification in Nursing Aide or Certificate in Healthcare Attendant (preferably trained in Singapore).
- _**Must be able to work 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays**_
- Physically fit to handle daily care activities.
- Open to learning and taking on varied responsibilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible.
- Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,840.00 - $2,470.00 per month
