**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage all suppliers & contracted partners
- Manage product sales margin, mix & range, promotions to achieve preset KPIs
- Manage central purchased orders and direct supplies
- Work with stakeholders to develop house brand or OEM brand requirements
- Plan organize onsite-offers/ thematic promotions and publicised offers on press and social media to meet KPIs prescribed by management
- Source for direct supplier from source of origin or main consolidators
- Compile reports and conduct presentations to management and/or panel of stakeholders
- Visit customers regularly
- Attend overseas procurement, inspection visits and trade events when required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 years of focused working experience in vegetables or fresh related procurement
- Familiar with the relevant trade industry players and SFA’s licensing and polices pertaining to food hygiene handling, processing and storage requirements for fresh products.
- Prior buying/supply experience in the supermarket retail trade would be advantageous
- Tertiary education with specialisation in Food Science and Technology would be a plus
- Possess own transport preferred
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Meticulous and analytical
- Skilful negotiator and effective communicator
- Strong IT literacy proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
