Assist the Technical Manager in the execution of his functions
- Provide support in shipyard repair and shipbuilding activities
- Preparation of quotation, work reports and billing of repair works done; advise and discuss works, works reports and bills with customers
- Assists project team with contract documentations, workflow process, minutes of meeting and project reports
- Develops, tracking, monitoring and reviews project status, reports and scheduling project follow-up meetings
- Support in handover of new builds

**Requirements**:

- At least 1- 2 yrs exp in the ship repairs, ship building, marine and offshore industry
- Ability to work under tight timeline and possess positive and proactive attitude
- Responds to changing priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Possess strong organizational, time, and project management skills, able to handle many tasks/projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and analytical skill with an eye for details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related computer software
