We are looking to hire a highly experienced Interior Designer based in Singapore to help us conceptualize, plan, and execute the renovation of our new commercial office space. This is a full-scope interior design project focused on functionality, aesthetics, and maximizing productivity across various spaces.

Project Overview:
The office will serve as both our headquarters and a flagship training center, so the design must reflect professionalism, smart space planning, and an inviting modern atmosphere. You will work directly with the CEO and project stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with our brand and operational needs.

Key Spaces to Design:

- Reception & Breakout Area
- CEO’s Office
- General Office Area
- Training Classrooms
- Pantry
- Meeting Room

Scope of Work:

- Site Visit & Spatial Planning
- Take on-site measurements
- Develop preliminary and final layout plans
- 3D Design & Rendering
- Provide photorealistic 3D perspectives (min. 6 views: reception, office, pantry, CEO room, meeting room, classroom)
- Construction Drawings
- Provide detailed drawings for contractor execution
- Furniture, Finish, and Material Selection
- Mood boards, FF&E specifications, and recommendations
- MEP Coordination
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, AV, and plumbing consultants (drawings provided by external MEP consultants)
- Shop Drawing Review
- Review contractor/shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in Singapore
- Proven experience in commercial interior design projects
- Able to commit to an estimated 5-week timeline from concept to documentation
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools
- Good communication and project management skills
- Portfolio required (especially relevant commercial/office projects)

Optional but a Plus:

- Experience working with government or corporate training centers
- Understanding of Singapore building codes and permit processes
