Job Description & Requirements

We are a mid-sized Law Firm located at Jalan Sultan and are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. Duties and responsibilities include the following;
- Receiving clients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Administrative support to lawyers
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
- Managing the reception area and the meeting rooms
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail/ despatch services
- Other duties as assigned, including operations and admin duties
- Customer focus, pleasant personality, and professionalism
- Good communication skills, telephone skills, and Microsoft Office Skills
- Good time management and excellent organizational skills
- ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
