**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
- Reporting for duty punctually, presentable and neatly groomed, long and dyeing of fingernails are not allowed.

- Be familiar with all the procedures and working areas in the restaurant.

熟知餐厅所有的流程和工作区域使用。
- Be familiar with all dish’s names, unit prices, beverage knowledge and service skills.

熟悉菜单上所有的菜品名称、单价、饮料知识和服务操作技巧。
- Greet and usher customers politely and passionate into the restaurant and take their seats.

礼貌、热情地迎接和引导顾客进入餐厅并入座。
- Present menu to the customers, handling and serving their orders friendly and accurately.

向顾客展示菜单，友好和准确地处理和服务他们的订单。
- Recommend hot sales dishes and explain the food’s features to the customers.

推荐热卖菜肴，并向顾客解释菜肴特色。
- Performing fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.

为所有顾客提供快速、友好、准确的服务。
- Pay attention to check the quality of dishes and drinks, eliminate serving unqualified dishes and drinks to guests.

随时注意查看菜肴和酒水质量，杜绝把不合格的菜肴和酒水提供给客人。
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of whole restaurant especially dining areas.

确保餐厅的清洁和整洁，特别是用餐区域。
- Clear and clean tableware and tables after the customers leave.

客人离开后，将餐具和桌子清理干净。
- Promoting teamwork to achieve business goals or targets;
促进团队合作以实现业务目标。
- Promote a positive corporate culture, avoid any internal politics.

促进积极的企业文化，避免搞任何内部政策。
- Report any customer’s special request or complaint to the supervisor immediately.

立即向主管报告顾客的任何特殊要求或投诉。
- Attend any other tasks as assigned by Restaurant Manager.

完成餐厅经理分配的其他工作职责。

**JOB REQUIREMENTS 工作要求:
- Possesses at least Primary school levels or the equivalent;
至少拥有小学水平或同等学历
- Min 1 year of working experience in F&B related field;
1年以上相关餐饮工作经验
- Service-oriented with a passion to work in F&B field;
服务至上，热爱餐饮业工作
- Multi-tasker, ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
能同时处理多项任务，能够在快节奏的环境下工作
- Self-driven and possess good learning attitude;

- Responsible, obedient to the superior;
