**Mô tả công việc**:
The Dispatcher is responsible for managing all arranged pickups made by customer service or via internet booking. This role ensures pickups are assigned to the correct drivers on time and resolves any unsuccessful collections promptly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Pickup Assignment**: Assign pickups to drivers according to routes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Coordinate urgent pickups to meet customer timelines. This task is heavily supported via automated assignments.
- ** Customer Communication**: Maintain constant contact with customers for any unforeseen delays in pickup requests.
- ** Device Management**: Ensure our device are distributed to the right drivers and resolve any simple technical issues.
- ** Missed Pickups**: Follow up on missed PU cases, supporting the Customer Experience coordinator (CEC).

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- ** Geographical Knowledge**: Familiarity with Singapore roads and areas
- ** Operational Plans**: Understanding of various processes, procedures, and operating hours.
- ** System Proficiency**: Ability to read and use systems (with trainings).
- ** Teamwork**: Ability to work together as a team.
- ** Customer Service**: Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, demonstrating a customer-oriented attitude.
- ** Physical Requirements**: Ability to perform tasks that may require light physical effort.
