Job Description:

- Assist in all ICT Security related matters in HTA subscribed services with PCCW
- To be the owner of all security incidents and response procedures.
- To be the primary technical officer for investigating, resolving and recovering from security incidents.
- Review the logs for AFM managed infra structure devices.
- To ensure the preservation and admissibility of evidence by protecting and documenting all access to incident information.
- Asses the vulnerability and assist to obtain software updates and patches for all vulnerabilities from the equipment vendors
- To be apprised of the current state of IT security in place in the organization.
- To exercise the security policy of the organization and proactive in preventing security incidents.
- Monthly Review of privilege Access Logs from devices such as servers/Network/Firewall and appliances as agreed with agency (provided necessary tools by agency)
- To administer, maintain and assess the implementation of security processes.
- To engage System Owner support for acquiring and sustaining adequate resources for incident response.
- To be the corporate intermediary for coordinating communications between System Owner and security incident response personnel.
- To assess and approve procedures and operations for investigating, resolving and recovering from security incidents.
- To serve as a trusted custodian of incident information for ensuring the preservation and admissibility of evidence.
- To ensure the compliance with the required IT security policies.
- To promote IT security awareness and responsibility to the users.
- To design and conduct incident response training, table-top exercises, simulation and drills with provided resource and tools from agency.
- To oversee the task performed by IT Security Officer, review the necessary reports and endorse for final submission.

Must have Talent / Skills:

- Vulnerability management systems hands on (Tenable SC+, Nessus Manager,DLP, Insider security and Splunk )

Preferred certifications:

- PMP, CISM
- CISSP or CISA

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

- Monday to Friday
