**About the job**
As Centre of Expertise within the Human Resource function, the Head of Performance & Reward will lead the overall performance and reward agenda for Ikano Retail, with related practices aligned to the organisation’s culture and values, the overall business and people strategies, the Fair and Inclusive direction, and the local market practices.

**Your assignment**
**Strategy, Management and Partnering**:

- Contribute to the development of Ikano Retail’s long and short term people strategy / business plan.
- Define, develop, socialise and implement the overall reward strategies, including the compensation and benefits philosophies.
- Lead, develop and inspire the Performance and Reward team members and encourage challenging the status quos way of working in renewing and improving the current practices.
- Partner with HR business partners and top management team to address any performance and reward related matters.

**Performance and Reward Management**:

- Define, develop, socialise and implement all Performance and Reward related policies, guidelines and programmes.
- Ensure that all reward related practices are compliant with local legislations and regulations, are market competitive and are internally equitable.
- Oversee regular performance and reward management activities and processes.

**Reporting**:

- Lead the preparation of reporting materials to the People and Remuneration Committee and act as its Secretary.
- Support the preparation of reporting materials on people matters to the relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- You should have a Bachelor’s degree with Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
- You should have at least 5 years proven track record in leading the Rewards function, preferably gained from a fast-paced global environment.
- Prior experience in compensation and benefits consulting would be an added advantage.
- You are able to think strategically and still being hands-on to manage the day to day activities.
- You have strong numerical, analytical and excel skills, coupled with a great attention to details.
- You are pro-active, innovative, able to challenge the common ways of thinking and works well under pressure in a collaborative environment.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) to influence and engage the different stakeholders, including senior management team. With this, you are comfortable in writing and conducting presentation.
