**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough online research to identify potential products based on client requirements.
- Source products from various online platforms and suppliers to meet quality standards and budget constraints.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for clients, including product costs, shipping fees, and any additional charges.
- Actively communicate with suppliers to confirm the availability of products quoted to clients.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry developments.
- Maintain organized records of sourced products, quotations, and supplier communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in product sourcing, procurement, or related field is preferred.
- Strong internet research skills and ability to navigate various online platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quotation software/tools.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
