Rf Product Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product and market intelligence with a clear objective of increasing market share.
- Maintain portfolio of all RF products and product lines built by the company as they create, track, and monitor the products within all its existing product lines
- Define the product, pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies, and provide competitive analysis, including analyzing data, market trends, identifying market opportunities, advising on pricing and promotional decisions, alongside recommendations and guidance
- Assess market requirements and develop proposals for technical product direction, evaluating and prioritizing features and enhancements based on business, customer, and strategic value
- Monitor the creation and development of new products, perform ongoing market research while tracking customer satisfaction, and participate in the product decision-making process and measurement of product success.
- Manage RF product lifecycle from feature conceptualization through development, go-to-market, launch, delivery and end of life
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support organizations to ensure new product roadmap and development are consistence with the company strategy and commitments
- Work closely with Engineering and Project Management to drive development of products and features
- Communicate and report product/project status to internal stakeholders and customers
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the portfolio, supporting the Sales team, providing direction to engineering, and supporting RFP/RFQ activities
- Participate in events to exhibit existing and upcoming products
- Develop product collateral in collaboration with Marketing
- Demonstrate key product and solution benefits to customers and sales team members through product presentations, webinars, and other avenues
- Works independently and seeks creative solutions and alternatives to unusual and difficult problems
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment, able to balance multiple projects and tasks, complete them successfully, and within timeline
- Ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to executive leadership, sales, customers, and peers
- Establish mid
- and long-term plans for RF products and terminals portfolio responsible for the continuous growth of RF business.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, business, marketing, or with 5 years equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of product management experience on telecommunication hardware/software solutions including product conceptualization, business case creation, requirements development, and lifecycle management.
- Familiar with market research, tracking customer satisfaction, measuring product success
- Experience or working knowledge of VSAT systems and RF technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
- Proficient working experience with Power Point.
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and leadership capabilities.
- Great Communicator, strong interpersonal skills, a people person
- Has a ‘can do’ attitude - willing to dive into and take ownership.
- Excellent management, negotiation, and communication (verbal/written) skills at a technical / non-technical level
- Can work under pressure in high visibility situations.

- 20% travelling is required
