**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes and workflows using RPA, workflow automation tools, data analysis, and visualization tools, and use scripting languages like SQL, Python, and PowerShell.
- You will provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation workflows, including monitoring workflows for issues and making necessary updates to ensure they continue to meet business requirements.
- You will provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the automation tools.
- You will create and maintain automation documentation, including technical design, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- You will stay up to date with the latest automation tools, technologies, and trends and recommend improvements to existing processes and technologies.**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Graduate of Bachelor of Computer Science or Bachelor of Business Administration with practical knowledge on programming or equivalent

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You are proficient in any of the programming languages, such as Visual Basic, SQL, Python, or PowerShell.
- You are familiar with digitalization tools, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Snowflake, and Excel Macros (VBA), which would be an asset.
- You have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- You are a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- You have a passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and tools.
