Precede is a hi-tech indoor vertical farm with an exceptional track record and one of the pioneers in the space. We are in growth mode and building up our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Precede. As a Sales Director, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and expanding our customer base within the HORECA industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies, close deals, and contribute to the overall success of our farm. The role develops into Head of Sales for the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Build and manage a robust sales pipeline **, consistently prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the HORECA sector. Target oriented with clear goals of revenue development. Initial target market in Singapore, followed by expansion in other countries.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and unique value proposition to **effectively communicate and deliver persuasive sales **presentations to prospective clients.
- **Actively engage with potential customers **, understand their needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements while aligning with our farm's offerings.
- **Develop and implement a systematic sales process **, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- **Regularly update and maintain accurate records of sales **activities, customer interactions, and progress within our CRM system.
- **Collaborate **closely with internal teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- **Stay informed **about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets **, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
- Utilize your deep understanding of the client base and decision-making processes within the industry to establish and **nurture relationships with key stakeholders **.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales specifically in HORECA industry.
- Strong network and existing relationships with key decision makers within HORECA sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales objectives.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
