Fleet Planning Controller

**Job Description**:

- Plan, schedule, monitor delivery jobs and track drivers and vehicles using transport management system.
- Coordinate with Admin and Compliance team on vehicle inspection, and maintenance servicing of fleet.
- Prepare accident report on vehicle and coordinate repairs with vendor.
- Set daily target performance level and maximize resources planning to achieve optimum delivery performance.
- Pre-plan the next day collection and delivery jobs for drivers and vehicles.
- Resolve matters of conflict, general employee morale and maintaining good staffs and labour relation within or outside the department.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma with 3 years relevant experience in route planning and management.
- Conversant in English and Mandarin/ Malay to communicate with drivers.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be customer-centric and result oriented.
- Proficiency in Excel and Words document.
- Experience in fuel delivery and related logistic industry is advantageous.
