Our client, an international school in the education sector is seeking a **Quality Assurance Manager** to lead the implementation and management of EduTrust certification, compliance systems, and data protection measures. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous school improvement and ensure the maintenance of high operational standards across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**EduTrust:**
- Lead EduTrust certification and renewal, coordinating site assessments.
- Guide process owners on meeting EduTrust requirements and ensuring compliance with Policy and Operations Manuals (POM).
- Manage and update controlled documents, including policies and SOPs.
- Conduct internal assessments to monitor compliance and drive improvements.
- Analyse performance data and audit findings to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support the development of internal benchmarks and evaluate performance against industry standards.

**ERF**:

- Ensure timely and accurate SSG registration submissions, including updates for managers, AEB members, courses, and premises.
- Coordinate PEI Annual Returns submission, ensuring completeness and compliance with deadlines.
- Assist in ERF renewal processes for continued compliance and re-certification.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation.

**Requirements:**
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- At least three years of experience as a QA Manager in a Private Education Institution.
- Experience leading EduTrust certification or renewal assessments.
- Strong knowledge of EduTrust, ERF, and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyse data, monitor internal benchmarks, and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
