Supcon Technology Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our Singapore office and to manage the regional sales. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong track record
of business development, team management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve Supcon's business objectives in Singapore.
Develop and execute business plans, sales strategies, and operational initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Set ambitious goals for the Singapore team and provide guidance and support to achieve them.
2. Sales and Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand Supcon's market presence and customer base.
Lead the regional sales team in acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Team Management and Development:
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Promote team building and create an environment where team members feel motivated, engaged, and empowered.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment across departments.
4. Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all business processes.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Market Understanding and Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to gain insights into customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and shape strategic business initiatives.
6. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and industry associations.
Represent Supcon in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network expansion.
