**Job Description**:

The individual is responsible for the treasury function of the Everest Reinsurance Singapore office. The main responsibilities are cash flow management, cash flow forecasting, processing of technical and non-technical payments as well as performing related reconciliations and will work closely with the Credit Control team.
- Update and monitor day-to-day cash flow and prepare weekly cash report for multiple currencies and bank accounts
- Ensure sufficient cash flow for technical and non-technical payments
- Work with Claims and credit control teams to ensure accurate cash forecasting
- Recording and allocation of payments in the technical system
- Prepare payment vouchers and Giro transactions for branch office expenses including staff reimbursements, intercompany bills
- Monthly reconciliation of expenses to general ledger
- Monitoring, reconciliation and recording of non-technical receipts.
- Assist in preparation of receipt and expense schedules where necessary for reporting
- Reply promptly to stakeholders’ questions and concerns.
- Carry out any ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by Management.
- Preferred: Diploma or pursuing for diploma/degree in accounting, finance or business.
- Preferred: Has some accounting work related experience.
