5.5 Alternate Saturday - Construction **Key Responsibilities**: **Workplace Safety & Health (WSHO) Duties**: - Implement and enforce site-specific safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments in compliance with WSH regulations. - Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox meetings to identify and rectify unsafe practices or conditions. - Liaise with regulatory authorities (MOM, BCA, etc.) and ensure timely submission of safety reports and documentation. - Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions. - Organize safety trainings and ensure workers are adequately briefed before task commencement. **Environmental Control (ECO) Duties**: - Ensure environmental control measures are in place and compliant with NEA and PUB guidelines. - Conduct routine checks to prevent mosquito breeding, noise pollution, dust control, and proper waste disposal. - Maintain and submit environmental control reports and records as required. - Liaise with NEA and other relevant agencies on site inspections or audits. - Promote environmental awareness and good housekeeping practices on site. **Requirements**: - Must be a registered **WSHO**with MOM and **ECO**with NEA. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects. - Experience in LTA projects - Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act, NEA guidelines, and construction site best practices. - Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Proficient in report writing and using Microsoft Office.
