- Luke Wang- Recruiter Our client is seeking a Lead Engineer for their Backend team who will be working on their Web3/Payment project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate effectively with product and design teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and guide the team in leveraging the latest technology implementations.
- Manage project timelines effectively to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Write clear, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews.
- Solve technical issues and enhance system performance and reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of backend development experience and Go.
- Experience or deep understanding of multi-chain wallet integration and management, such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.
- Familiarity with blockchain node management and transaction processing mechanisms.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced work environment.
- Preferred Skills:

- Prior project experience in DeFi or related blockchain fields.
- Experience in Web2 or Web3 payment, Staking
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading and security.
